Hi! I first qualified as a PT & aerobics instructor aged 18 (over 30 years ago!). A former science lecturer, I really keep my skills updated and am now a qualified Pilates coach, Boxercise & Kickboxercise coach, as well as being a PT. My passion is to help my clients really achieve their goals!

The key for a successful exercise programme is to always listen to the client...to tailor training to what you enjoy, what you need, and the goals you have. We can factor in concepts like the menopause, postural issues, increasing fitness, decreasing bodyfat...whatever you would like to achieve.

If you're wondering what to expect, the first step is to fill out a PAR-Q (exercise readiness) form online, & a form that will explains a little more about your goals & when you'd like to train. Then, you will come to my PT studio for your first appointment & we will begin training! Prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home? We can organise virtual PT sessions, too!

Our Training Space

We have a great training space that includes cardio equipment, free weights, boxing equipment and a Power Plate. You can train with me with a partner (small group training) or one-on-one - whichever helps you enjoy exercise more! If you'd like me to come and teach fitness classes to a group in a different location (e.g., Pilates classes, aerobics classes, boxercise classes), just get in touch.
