We are proud to confirm that our Burnout Management Course (offered in-person or online) has been accredited by the University of Buckingham. Check out our video for a quick preview! This 3 hour or full-day course helps managers, teams and employees navigate burnout, improving personal wellness while understanding what companies can do to prevent it. Research identifies the fact that burnout training can seriously improve outcomes & reduce the major personal & financial cost of burnout.

We also offer group Posture Check sessions, particularly suited to office workers or teams with similar posture related stressors (e.g. hospitality staff). Our corporate fitness model is based on the concept of Human Performance Optimisation (HPO), a research-backed approach which enables us to blend science (human biology) with organisational theory (e.g., theories of psychological safety) to optimise individual & team performance.

This approach was originally developed in the military to produce optimised performance under pressure. It has since migrated to the business field, and enables us to take into account specific personal variables (e.g., menopause) with specific environmental variables (e.g., the impact of a recent M&A on motivation or employee stress levels) to output better workplace performance.
